CALL TO ORDER

President Barnes called the public hearing to order at 7:01 p.m. Secretary Thomas was present.

ROLL CALL

Upon roll call, Trustees Barnes, Heggem, Illian, Salter, Schersten, Jensen, and Thomas were present. Also in attendance were Director Strunk and Business Manager Joyce Griffin, Friends of the Library Marilyn Shidle, and Staff Member Gayla Swansen.

HEARING PROCEEDINGS ON BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 04-07

Director Strunk reviewed proposed Ordinance 04-07, an ordinance providing for budget and appropriations of the Palatine Public Library District, Cook County, Illinois for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008. The sum of this Ordinance is $7,463,000.00.

No audience questions or comments were made regarding Ordinance 04-07.
